Description: In the last decade Nordic ingredients and recipes have been the centre of the world’s culinary attention. Spend a ½ day or full day learning traditional Finnish and Nordic recipes, and about the health benefits of organic food and wild berries: Learn grilling and salting fish, curing herring, smoking and choosing organic meats, making sour milk products, Nordic sauces, traditional berry pie desserts as well as many useful cooking tips. Half day course includes lunch or dinner. All day course includes both lunch and dinner, as well as a visit* to a nearby organic farm to gather organic produce in season. (In winter we take a walk to see Bosgård’s organic farm animals).

Who is this suitable for: all ages and group types.

Optional wine tasting with your BBQ meal: taste 3 aperitif wines, 3 white wines, 3 red wines and 3 dessert wines. Offer available only to 18s and over, proof of age may be required.
